AdBlue (SCR) faults are some of the most misdiagnosed problems on modern diesels. We diagnose properly, fix the cause, and get you out of the countdown.
AdBlue / Selective Catalytic Reduction systems are notorious on Mercedes diesels (OM651, OM642), VW Group 2.0 TDI Euro 6, BMW B47/N57, and Vauxhall 2.0 CDTi (Insignia, Astra K).

One thing we don't do — AdBlue delete.
AdBlue deletes are illegal under UK emissions regulations and an automatic MOT failure. They void your insurance. We only repair legal emissions systems.
Independent AdBlue specialist work across the brands we see most often — Mercedes AdBlue specialist, Sprinter AdBlue specialist, BMW AdBlue faults, Audi AdBlue faults, VW AdBlue faults, Range Rover AdBlue faults, van AdBlue faults and motorhome AdBlue faults. We do not delete AdBlue systems. We diagnose and repair legal emissions systems only.
Bring it in fast. Once the countdown hits zero, the engine won't restart. We can usually clear the countdown after fixing the underlying fault.
The pump is in a vulnerable spot, the heater is undersized, and the system is sensitive to crystallisation. None of this is your fault — it's a design issue. We see it weekly.
Not always. We diagnose which one is faulty and replace the one that needs it. Some cars do best with both replaced together if both are old.
