Collection and delivery within 10 miles of our Oldbury workshop, B69 3EX, are free when you proceed with the quoted repair work, including for non-running vehicles. If you decide not to proceed with the quoted repair, the agreed collection/recovery fee is payable. We confirm that fee and obtain your agreement before collecting the vehicle. Any diagnostic or assessment charges agreed separately remain payable. Outside 10 miles, transport is quoted before booking.
